You choose the pizzas and sides you want, let us know your group size and pickup or delivery timing, and we handle the rest. How Much Should I Order?
That’s a great question. The key to making any event a seamless success is making sure you have the right amount and type of food!
A good rule of thumb for ordering pizza for any event is to plan for 2 to 3 slices per person. This, of course, depends on the group and the type of event!
For lunch meetings or lunch and learn style events, two slices per guest is usually plenty. For evening gatherings, celebrations, or events with hearty appetites, closer to three or four slices per person is a safer bet.
What Type of Pizza Should I Order?
If you’re serving a mix of adults and kids, ordering a variety of pizzas is the best way to keep everyone happy. For most of our catering clients, we suggest getting a few classics from the “Howie’s Favourites” menu like Tropical Hawaiian, Pepperoni, Cheese and Vegetarian, along with a few signature flavours from the “Howie’s Specialties” menu like our House Pizza or the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza.
Adding a couple of extra pizzas (especially some unique flavours) to your order is also never a bad idea. Leftovers are rare, but always welcome. And if you’re unsure, give Howie and the team a call. We’re always happy to help make your next event’s catering seamless and delicious!
